The filet is the most tender of all steaks. We cut our USDA Prime Filet from the center of the tenderloin and trim them to perfection. The supreme steak for any occasion.

Our in-house butchers source from the best beef suppliers we can find to deliver you the freshest and highest quality Filet Mignon available.

Suggested Preparation:

  1. Let your filet come to room temperature before cooking.
  2. Pre-heat grill to 300 degrees
  3. Once at room temp, rub the top and bottom of the filet with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Transfer filet to the grill and let cook until internal temp reaches 125 (or longer depending on your preference)
  5. Heat cast iron skillet on high with some butter, rosemary and garlic.
  6. Once filet hits preferred internal, transfer to hot skillet and sear on both sides for 1-2 minutes, basting along the way.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
